Where did you grow up?
Reynoldsburg, OH til 1983 then Dallas, Ga

How did you become a Christian?
As a child I accepted Christ as my savior & guide for life. For a few years I doubted my salvation and eventually made a deal with the Lord and with the devil. I knew I believed once I was saved I couldn't lose my salvation but I was tired of the unbelief so I asked the Lord to save me again during a morning children's church service and promised Him it would be the last time . Then, I told Satan that I would never allow him to place doubt in my mind again regarding salvation & he moved on. I am forever grateful that he chose me at such a young age and that he has been prevalent ever since to guide my life decisions and keep me on that narrow path.

What music are you listening to?
104.7, the fish & JJ Heller

What is your favorite movie?
I love movies in general. There isn't one that stands out as a favorite...

What's your favorite restaurant?
PF Chang's

What do you do for fun?
I love to travel, see new things & experience new cultures. I love to draw, paint...anything artsy or creative. I get a kick out of my children and my husband. I have a great group of friends that I enjoy spending time with.

What is one thing most people may not know about you?
I'm sure this was meant to be funny but most funny things are also embarrassing so let's not publicize those things to everyone!  Some people don't realize that I was married at age 19 and have been married for 15 years. Also, I would like to live in a commune environment where we are all self sufficient working toward a common goal of organic healthy living...the way He intended from the beginning....go ahead...laugh! Oh...another...I told my uncle once as a child that I would marry a rich man ...the Lord has such a sense of humor that he sent me a man named Rich! I should have listened when he said be specific in your prayers!

What about Bethany gets you excited?
The Holy Spirit is welcome at Bethany. I have believed and shared with others for a long time that Christianity is a personal relationship with God through Jesus Christ. When I came to Bethany and saw that written on the walls, literally, and began to realize that the pastors and church body lived that out I knew this church was right for me. Bethany is not bound by words of man but by words of God. I am challenged to lay down my religious mis-beliefs and focus my energies like Jesus did!
